01Why prepare before launch
The highest-value work happens before a migration window opens. We assess applications, databases, network dependencies, identity, security controls, recovery requirements and data flows so your team knows what can move immediately, what needs modernization and what should remain where it is.
Readiness is not a lift-and-shift checklist; it is the operating model for the new Region.
02Landing zone and account design
We design multi-account AWS foundations with centralized identity, logging, guardrails, encryption, network segmentation and Infrastructure as Code. The goal is a repeatable Saudi foundation that teams can build on without creating governance debt.
AWS Organizations, IAM, CloudTrail, Config, KMS, VPC and automated deployment patterns form the control plane.
03Migration waves with low disruption
We group workloads by business criticality, dependency and migration pattern. Databases, containers, EC2 workloads and shared services receive separate runbooks, rollback points and cutover plans so the program can move in controlled waves.
Migration planning includes testing, data synchronization, DNS changes, rollback criteria and post-cutover validation.
04Cloud + AI readiness
The Saudi Region is not only a hosting decision. AWS is expanding cloud and AI infrastructure in the Kingdom, including access to services such as Amazon Bedrock. We design the data, security and platform foundations so AI initiatives can use the same governed AWS environment.
This is where migration, DevOps, CloudOps and AI architecture should converge rather than become separate projects.
